1A Science Park Drive - Wet Lab Units

1A Science Park Drive occupies a prime location right at the main entrance of Geneo, the upcoming life sciences and innovation hub at Singapore Science Park I.

With approximately 30,300 sqm of workspaces, the new Grade A building comes with purpose-built wet lab units, complete with a chilled water system, lab exhaust shafts, fresh air louvres and cement screed flooring.
