Registration
- This event is exclusive to CapitaLand Workspace CBD properties’ tenants and family members only.
- By registering, participants agree to follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers of the family carnival.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the event.
Safety & Personal Belongings
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their family members during the event.
- The organizers will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the event.
- Participants are responsible for the security of their personal belongings during the event.
- The organizers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards others.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.
Data Protection
- By registering for or participating in the Event, participants acknowledge and consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy.
Recordings
- Please be informed that CapitaLand or parties engaged on our behalf and third parties may be taking photographs and/or videos during this event.
- By attending or taking part in this carnival, photograph, image, and likeness including digitalized image likeness (Collectively “images”) may be captured or recorded, and processed by cameras, videography, and/or digital imaging systems.
- Participant will grant CapitaLand full rights to use these images and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity, marketing or other related purposes as set out in the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy, including printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and other applications.
- If participants do not wish to be photographed or filmed, kindly inform the organizers in advance.
Changes and Cancellations
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule and activities, if necessary.
- In the event of cancellation, the organizers will provide information regarding refunds or alternative arrangements.
