With their heirloom recipes, Signature Samsui Ginger Chicken, Chinatown family steamed dishes and richly flavored herbal soups, you're bound to have your heart full and stomach filled. Notable dim sum dishes to try include the Samsui Ginger Bao, Ma Jie Chives Dumplings and the unique Mushroom Bao that literally looks like a shiitake mushroom.
