Decode CQ Campaign 2023 (“Promotion”)
Promotion Start Date: 27 March 2023 to 30 June 2023 (“Promotion Period”)
1. This Promotion is exclusive to CapitaStar members (referred to as “Eligible Member”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a CapitaStar member to qualify and participate in this promotion.
2. The Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
3. The Promotion mechanics of Decode CQ Campaign are as follows:
3.1 This Promotion is applicable at CQ @ Clarke Quay only.
3.2 Eligible Members must scan the physical QR Code at CQ @ Clarke Quay on their personal mobile device to receive a promo code and to receive STAR$® (“STAR$® Reward”), eCapitaVoucher (“eCV Reward”) or conditional F&B eVoucher (“eVoucher Reward”). The STAR$® Reward, eCV Reward or eVoucher Reward shall collectively be referred to in this Terms and Condition as the “Promotion Reward”.
3.3 The Promotion Reward shall be provided at random, and shall be limited to three (3) redemptions per Eligible Member per day throughout the Promotion Period, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
The Promotion Reward shall be automatically credited directly into the Qualifying Eligible Member’s CapitaStar App upon entering the Promotion Reward promo code.
4. CapitaStar New Member Recruitment Reward:
4.1 New CapitaStar members can sign up via the CapitaStar app with the promo code “CQS5K” and earn 5,000 STAR$® (“New Member Reward”).
4.2 The New Member Reward will be automatically credited directly into the CapitaStar App of the new CapitaStar member upon entering the New Member promotion code.
4.3 The New Member Reward in this Promotion is provided on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last .
Promotion Terms & Conditions:
1. By agreeing to participate in the New Member Promotion, you will be registered as a CapitaStar member and agree to accept and comply with the terms and condition of use of the CapitaStar application.
2. All reward/prize awarded in this Promotion are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The Promotion Reward must be redeemed by the qualifying Eligible Member and is not transferable to any other shopper. The Management is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Promotion Reward has been fully redeemed. The Management reserves the right to replace the Promotion Reward with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
3. The Promotion Reward cannot be exchanged for different denomination and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the same.
4. There will strictly be no extension for the expiry date of the New Member Reward and any of the Promotion Reward.
5. By providing the eVoucher Reward, the Organiser does not make or represent any support or endorsement of the quality or fitness for purpose of any product of services of any of the merchants accepting the eVoucher.
6. By participating in this Promotion:
6.1. The Eligible Member acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html and may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
6.2. Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The Eligible Member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. The Eligible Members shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.
7. Acceptance of any reward/prize shall constitute consent on the part of the Eligible Member to allow the use of his/her name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law
8. All reward/prize are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
9. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
10. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to the quality, purpose or fitness for purpose of any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
11. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Member represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
12. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve any and all dispute arising out of and in connection with this Promotion.
13. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
