  • Terms & Conditions


    1.1 A Million Stars Lucky Draw (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards Programme (referred to as “Member” collectively). All shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a member to qualify and participate in this promotion.

    1.2 The Promotion comprises one draw (referred to as “Draw”) and the Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Limited (“Organiser”) and the same shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

    1.3 The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 31 March 2022 to 25 May 2022.

    1.4 The Promotion Mechanics are as follows:

    1.4.1 Members will earn one (1) chance to qualify for the Promotion for a minimum Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) spend per transaction at IMM (“Qualifying Spend”).

    1.4.2 Each transaction/ receipt must be a minimum of Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) to be eligible for the Promotion (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”).

    1.4.3 To be eligible for a qualifying chance, Members must successfully snap and upload an image of the receipt via the CapitaStar mobile App no later than 11.59pm after the day of purchase.

    1.4.4 The Transaction/ Receipt must not be excluded by Clause 4.3 of this Terms and Condition herein.

    1.4.5 There is no limit to the number of chances each Eligible Member may accumulate during the Promotion Period.

    1.5 A computerised Draw will be conducted on 3 June 2022.


    2.1 The Promotion is eligible for all-natural persons (i.e. not a corporate or business entity, association, society or other similar entity) who are:

    2.1.1 Member(s) of CapitaStar Rewards Programme (“CapitaStar”) who satisfies all of the following:

    - All-natural existing member(s) of CapitaStar who are resident in Singapore during the Promotion Period;

    - Aged at least 16 years old as at the sign-up date for CapitaStar;

    - Have spent the Qualifying Spend of minimum S$20, in any one day during the Promotion Period at IMM.

    (Note: For avoidance of doubt, please refer to CapitaStar’s terms and conditions.) 

    2.2 Members with Eligible Transaction/ Receipt spent at IMM Outlet stores will get double chances to qualify for the Promotion with each Qualifying Spend during the Promotion Period.

    2.3 Prizes (as defined below) are provided as they are and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes must be redeemed by Prize Winners in person and are not transferable to any other person. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Prizes with items of similar value at any time without prior notice.

    2.4 The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

    2.5 The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

    2.6 The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Promotion, and at any time, the Organiser may disqualify any person from participation without providing any reason.


    3.1 There is no registration form for this Promotion.

    3.2 Eligible CapitaStar members in Singapore who satisfy the qualifying criteria in Clause 2.1, will need to successfully snap the receipt(s) of the Qualifying Spend via the CapitaStar mobile App during the Promotion Period on the same day of purchase.  Submission of receipts via Concierge Counter/ Customer Service Counter will not be accepted for this Promotion in accordance with the CapitaStar’s terms and conditions; 

    3.3 Any cost associated with participation in the Promotion shall be the responsibility of the Member.


    4.1 All qualifying purchases at IMM made within the Promotion Period as accepted by CapitaStar Reward Programme will be recognised as Qualifying Spend for this Promotion. Note: For avoidance of doubt, Eligible Members are advised to refer to CapitaStar’s terms and conditions  unless otherwise stipulated in this terms and conditions.

    4.2 Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts.

    4.3 Receipt(s) from car grooming services, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers/ eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows at IMM are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment receipt showing the value of the purchase(s) made on the same day of the redemption, will be eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion for CapitaStar Rewards Programme. Receipt(s) from deposit placements, order placements, and payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion.

    4.4 The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipts and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.


    5.1 One (1) draw chance will be allocated for a minimum Qualifying Spend of Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) per transaction at IMM and purchases from IMM Outlet stores will get double chances to qualify for the Promotion with each Qualifying Spend during the Promotion Period.  A list of IMM Outlet stores can be found at

    5.2 For illustration purposes, if an Eligible Member has made a total number of 100 Qualifying Spend transactions at non-Outlet stores during the Promotion Period, he/she would be credited with 100 chances.

    5.3.    If an Eligible Member has made a total number of 50 Qualifying Spend transactions at non-Outlet stores and 50 Qualifying Spend transactions at Outlet stores, he/she would be credited with 150 chances.

    6.2 All Prize Winners will be notified in writing by email and/or phone.

    6.3 Prize Winners will need to complete the Prize acknowledgement form by the stipulated deadline before the Prize will be credited to their CapitaStar Membership account.

    6.4 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Prize Winner subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified from the Promotion.

    6.5 Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner's part to allow the use of the winner's name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

    6.6 All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.

    6.7 The Organiser may at any time and without notice in its sole and absolute discretion and without assigning any reason, substitute any Prize with any other item of a similar or greater value.

    6.8 The Organiser makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any Prize.

    6.9 The Organiser shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property, arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or redemption or use of the Prizes.

    6.10 The Organiser shall not be responsible for any administrative and registration arrangements related to the Prizes won.

    6.11 The Organiser assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of any defect or deficiency in any of the Prize (or any part thereof) or the nature/consumption of the Prize (or any part thereof) and will not entertain any direct or indirect correspondence with any Prize winner in this regard.

    6.12 In the event of any dispute, the Prize Winners’ entitlement is subject to the Organiser’s sole discretion and final determination.


    7.1 The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of CapitaStar Rewards Programme as well as the terms and conditions set out herein, and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. In the event of any inconsistency among these terms & conditions, the terms & conditions set out herein shall prevail.

    7.2 By participating in this Promotion;

    7.2.1 The Member (CapitaStar members) acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at   as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

    7.2.2 Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications here to as may be made from time to time.

    7.3 This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve any and all dispute.

    7.4 Members are also deemed to accept the respective Personal Data Protection Policy of CapitaStar Rewards Programme.

    7.5 The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

    7.6 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Prize) to be in breach of the eligible criteria. Any Prize awarded to any disqualified prize winner will be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly.
