• The handover of apartments will commence in November 2023

Ho Chi Minh City, 13 October 2023 – CapitaLand Development (CLD) has announced the handover of apartments at De La Sol, its first residential development in District 4 of Ho Chi Minh City.  The project is scheduled to be delivered to customers starting from November 2023.  Customers will receive their apartments in fully finished condition. 

With 870 units of one- to three-bedroom apartments and Sky Suites, the development offers a variety of living options for different needs and preferences.  The sizes range from 60 to 197 square metres.  De La Sol is also one of the first in the city to feature duo key and trio key units.  These units allow homeowners to enjoy hybrid and private spaces for living, working and leisure.  The duo key units are suitable for those who want to stay or rent out their apartments, while the trio key units are ideal for families with multiple generations.

De La Sol is a project that draws inspiration from music, and poised to offer its future homeowners a delightful symphony and a life of aspirations.  The façade design of three towers is inspired by the musical instruments such as piano, guitar and chimes.  They create a harmony between music and architecture.  The landscape and facility areas reflect different music genres: hip hop, jazz, EDM, and rock, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. 

The project offers more than 50 facilities that match the architectural style and cater to different preferences.  Residents can enjoy the urban symphony at every step of their living experience at De La Sol.  The Cadenza Drop-off welcomes residents with the free spirit of music, along with artistic touches such as the Street Art Wall and Ensemble Canopy.  

The ground floor offers a Kid’s Pool, a 50-metre Lap Pool, and a Musical Play Park with several other facilities.  In addition to these features, the rooftop boasts a Sky Theatre, where residents can watch movies and shows in the open air, creating a cozy and ideal space for family and friends.  Furthermore, other enjoyable recreational areas in this project include a Jazz Pool, a Sky Jacuzzi, a Tea Pavilion, and more.  Most notably, it is the first high-end residential project in Vietnam to have a High Jump Arena and a Skate Plaza, which provide physical and fun benefits for residents.
