About the Property
CapitaLand Data Centre Hyderabad 1 is
under development at CLINT’s
International Tech Park Hyderabad
(ITPH) located at Madhapur. It will
incorporate the latest technologies in
cooling and security and a dedicated gas
insulated substation within the site. Its
technologically advanced specifications
will allow it to serve hyperscale players
and large enterprises in the region.
We have adopted sustainable design
principles and green building standards,
with the aim to achieve LEED Gold
certification. The data centre will include
features such as high efficiency chillers
and water economization, intelligent
energy and infrastructure management
and solar panels.
CLINT owns and manages three
business parks in Hyderabad – ITPH,
CyberPearl and aVance – spread over
19.5 acres and catering to close to 70
global organisations and over 30,000
professionals.
