Proceed into Julius Baer’s new office grounds, and you will find that it is inspired by Singapore’s Garden City reputation, where the outdoors is brought indoors to enliven the interior with a carefully curated selection of flora. Employees have also particularly regarded the new office’s design theme that mixes a variety of collaborative areas and greenery, akin to taking a “walk in the park”. The Bank’s new office features uniquely themed zones that promote mental well-being and tranquillity.

Head to the center of the office and you’ll arrive at the Bank’s Central Plaza, which serves as a versatile zone for both town halls and informal gatherings. The Central Plaza was built with the aim of fostering organic interactions across teams that result in building a sense of belonging. Zingg also highlights that “as the company focuses on implementing a hybrid working model and welcoming of the newly diversified workspace, we anticipate an increase in productivity as well as a more cohesive team atmosphere."
