Orchard Hill, Sycamore’s second phase, has achieved strong bookings since its exclusive preview on 26 October 2024.
Ho Chi Minh City, 6 November 2024 – 694 units, 90% of Orchard Hill by CapitaLand Development, have been booked since the exclusive preview on 26 October 2024. The highly sought-after 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units in the 774-unit development are now fully booked. This achievement builds on the success of The Orchard, the project’s first phase, where over 70% of the units were sold.
In partnership with United Overseas Australia (UOA) Group, Sycamore is a sprawling 18.9-hectare development that offers 3,500 freehold units across low-, mid-, and high-rise buildings, accommodating approximately 13,000 residents. With a projected total gross development value exceeding S$1 billion (VND 18 trillion), the project is set for full completion by 2028. Orchard Hill, the second phase of Sycamore, is located about 30 kilometres from Ho Chi Minh City.
