Singapore, 12 July 2025 – CapitaLand Development (CLD) received strong market response for LyndenWoods, its first residential project at Singapore Science Park (SSP), with over 94% or 324 out of 343 units sold on the launch day.  The development achieved an average selling price of S$2,450 per square foot (psf), reflecting buyers’ confidence in the project’s strategic location, unique positioning and long-term investment appeal.

Buyers consist primarily of professionals, couples and families.  All unit types were well received.  This robust performance follows an enthusiastic turnout during the public preview, which drew more than 12,000 visitors to its immersive, nature-themed showflat over two weeks.
