Ho Chi Minh City, 18 November 2024 – CapitaLand Development (CLD) Vietnam has achieved outstanding success this year, marked by the launch of over 7,000 units and garnering nine prestigious honours at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards (VPA) 2024. The accolades highlight the developer’s leadership in sustainable and socially-impactful real estate projects. As the winner of the Best Sustainable Developer, Developer of the Decade, and the inaugural Social Impact Award, these accomplishments reflect CLD’s commitment to creating transformative projects and initiatives that enrich lives in Vietnam.

Reflecting on a fruitful year, CLD held groundbreaking ceremonies for three major projects: Sycamore in Binh Duong, Lumi Hanoi, and The Senique Hanoi in the capital city. Each development received exceptional market responses, achieving over 90% booking rates shortly after launch. These projects embody CLD’s vision to expand its portfolio to 27,000 units by 2028, offering quality, sustainable living spaces across the country. In addition, two luxurious residential projects, DEFINE in Ho Chi Minh City and Heritage West Lake in Hanoi, were handed over to residents this year.

At the VPA, CLD’s projects achieved remarkable recognition, with DEFINE accorded Best Condo Development (Vietnam), the highest honour in the condominium segment, while The Orchard was conferred the prestigious Best Housing Development (Vietnam) award. These wins within the Best of Vietnam category affirm CLD’s leading capabilities in setting the benchmark in real estate excellence. The Senique Hanoi, CLD’s latest high-rise project in East Hanoi, was named Best High-End Condo (Hanoi) because of its unique “East meets West” design. In the Sycamore master development in Binh Duong, Orchard Hill and The Orchard were awarded Best Condo Development (Binh Duong) and Best Housing Development (Binh Duong) respectively, marking CLD’s successful expansion beyond Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. DEFINE was also named Best Completed Condo, recognising its redefinition of luxury standards within the Vietnamese market.

CLD has been named the Best Sustainable Developer for the third consecutive year, a testament to the company’s steadfast commitment to integrating sustainable practices across all its projects. These accolades reinforce the developer’s enduring impact and its reputation as a socially responsible leader in Vietnam. To date, ten of CLD’s projects in Vietnam have attained green certifications, showcasing its dedication to enhancing both liveability and long-term environmental stewardship.
