Ho Chi Minh City, 28 April 2025 – CapitaLand Development (CLD) has achieved 98% bookings during the Exclusive Preview of Orchard Heights on 27 April. This marks a strong start to the year for CLD in Vietnam, following the impressive performance of the first two phases of Sycamore, with 99% of units at Orchard Hill and nearly 90% of units at The Orchard already booked. Among the most coveted in this latest phase are the duplex units, which were fully booked. These units have proven particularly appealing to homebuyers in search of luxury, modern living, and enhanced privacy.

As part of the area’s growing infrastructure network, the highly anticipated Metro Line (Binh Duong New City – Ho Chi Minh City) is slated to begin construction in 2027 and is expected to commence operations by 2031, further enhancing the project’s long-term connectivity. The development is scheduled for handover in 2Q 2027, and the entire master development Sycamore is slated for completion by 2028.
