Hanoi, 8 September 2026 – CapitaLand Development (CLD) Vietnam has commenced the handover of 2,375 homes at Lumi Signature, the first completed phase of Lumi Hanoi. This marks a significant milestone for one of CLD Vietnam’s largest residential projects in the city’s west. The handover underscores CLD’s commitment to delivering quality homes and forms part of a broader delivery pipeline of nearly 3,000 homes that are expected to be handed over across Vietnam in 2026. 

Buyers will receive their homes in conditions tailored to their lifestyle preferences. Standard units are delivered fully finished, while duplexes and penthouses are handed over in basic finished and bare-shell conditions respectively, to allow greater scope for personalisation of interior design.
