CapitaLand Data Centre Mumbai 01 is within close proximity to India’s business and financial hub and the regional location for major hyperscalers. With over 10 cable landing stations in Mumbai, CLINT’s carrier-neutral facility will be able to serve our customers’ demand for low latency connectivity.

The facility’s unique high floor loading capacity will be able to support highly dense racks together with the required high rack power capacity and cooling. Customers will also have the flexibility to deploy on hard or raised floor.

We have adopted sustainable design principles and green building standards with the aim to achieve LEED Gold certification. The data centre will include features such as high efficiency chillers and water economization, intelligent energy and infrastructure management and solar panels.
