Data Centres

Over the last few years, CapitaLand has rapidly built strong competencies in data centre design, development, and operations. Presently, the group has 27 data centres across Asia and Europe that can offer more than 800 MW of gross power on a completed basis.

CapitaLand is expanding its footprint in the data centre sector across key Indian cities, marking significant strides in developing future-ready and sustainable data centres. This initiative aims to cater to the growing demand for information technology solutions and data consumption in India, which is witnessing rapid expansion.

CapitaLand has announced several major data centre projects in India:

  • Navi Mumbai: CapitaLand is developing a 108 MW data centre campus on a 6.6-acre site.
  • Hyderabad: The company has also started construction work for a 40 MW data centre in the International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH).
