Kishore is the CEO of Alternatives at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), where he is responsible for shaping and leading the global strategy for new private fund products and platforms. His mandate includes asset-backed alternative strategies across credit, insurance solutions, secondaries, and private equity. He also serves as Chairman of CLI India, providing strategic leadership on growth and governance oversight for one of CLI’s largest country platforms.

Prior to joining CLI, Kishore was Founder and CEO of LXA, a mortgage asset manager focused on channelling institutional capital into residential mortgage opportunities across Asia. Before that, he spent nearly 15 years at Blackstone, most recently as Senior Managing Director and Asia Head of the Tactical Opportunities Fund, where he led investments across the Asia Pacific.

Kishore also held leadership roles as Co-Head of Private Markets at Highbridge Capital in Hong Kong and CEO of Colony Capital Taiwan, where he built the platform and acquired nearly NT$100 billion in loan portfolios. He was also part of the founding team of CBRE India and later became the founding director of CBRE Investors in Asia.

Kishore holds a BBA (Honours) and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto.

Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam is the CEO of CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT), Asia’s first India focused property trust listed in Singapore. He is responsible for driving the growth of CLINT.

Prior to this appointment, Gauri was CEO, India Business Park at CapitaLand Investment, where he was responsible for growing the company’s business parks portfolio in India. This includes investments, development, operations, asset management, and strategic planning for business parks in the country.

Gauri has more than 20 years of experience in real estate private equity, fund management, corporate finance as well as corporate banking and advisory.

Gauri was previously Head of Investments and Chief Financial Officer at Ascendas-Firstspace, where he helped set up and scale the industrial and logistics platform in India under the joint venture between CapitaLand and Firstspace.

Before joining Ascendas-Firstspace, Gauri worked in Singapore, where he managed Ascendas-Singbridge’s India private funds business. His previous stints include positions at Deloitte, TAIB Bank, and Samba Financial Group.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the London Business School, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sri Venkateswara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.

Sumit Gera is CEO, India Business Park at CapitaLand Investment (CLI). Sumit drives the growth initiatives to build CLI's business parks portfolio in India, as well as contributes to the growth strategy of CLI in India.

Sumit has been with CapitaLand since March 2016 and has held significant roles within different business units, including as Head of Portfolio Management for the Singapore-listed CapitaLand India Trust and Head of CLI’s India private funds business.

Before joining CLI, Sumit led India and Australia private equity real estate investments at Partners Group. Sumit holds a Master's degree from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delhi.

Aloke Bhuniya is the Chief Executive Officer of the Ascendas-Firstspace platform, a joint venture between CapitaLand and Firstspace. Aloke oversees the platform, which offers logistics and industrial infrastructure solutions to companies in India. He brings with him 17 years of experience across real estate investment and development, private equity and merger and acquisitions across industries in India

Prior to this role, Aloke was with Everstone Group. As Managing Director of IndoSpace Capital Advisors and Everstone Capital, he was responsible for industrial real estate private equity investments totalling over USD 1 billion.

Over his career, Aloke has also worked at Ernst & Young and SBI Capital Markets in their investment banking practice, which included fund raising, acquisitions, takeovers and divestments. He managed over 20 transactions across industry verticals for domestic and international companies.

Aloke holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Surajit Chatterjee is the Managing Director, Data Centre, India at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for managing CLI’s data centre portfolio and optimising and expanding operations in India. He has been instrumental in setting up the Data Centre business for CapitaLand in India, establishing a strong foundation for its growth and success.

Surajit’s career spans over 26 years in the IT, telecommunications, and infrastructure industries, where he built deep domain expertise in data centre operations, managed services, and cloud computing.

Prior to joining CLI, he was associated with organisations like Sify Technologies, Tata Communications (ST Telemedia), Tulip Telecom, and HCL, where he was instrumental in conceptualising, developing, and rolling out innovative business models.

Surajit graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University, India. He attended the General Management Programme at IIM Indore and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management (MBA) from AICTE, Delhi University, India.

Hardik Gesota currently serves as the fund manager for CapitaLand Investment (CLI)’s business park development funds in India - the CapitaLand India Growth Programme and CapitaLand India Growth Fund II. In addition, he is the member of the investment committee for CLI’s two India logistics development programmes. He has over 17 years of experience in private equity real estate investments, asset management and divestments, across diverse asset classes including office, logistics, residential and retail.

Prior to his current role, Hardik was with HDFC Property Fund where he participated in investments with third party developers on deals involving debt, mezzanine and equity. Before his tenure at HDFC, Hardik worked at JP Morgan’s real estate asset management team.

Hardik holds a Masters in Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management.
