Our properties are largely clustered either in the West or East of Singapore. Mainly driven by the need for quick and easy access to either the seaports or the airport.
From the West, our facilities has easy access to PSA’s ports at Tanjong Pagar and Pasir Panjang; Jurong Port, Tuas Checkpoint to Malaysia or to Changi Airport respectively via Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway and Pan Island Expressway.
From the East, the Logistics assets are generally more specialised. For example, they are located within the free trade zone, or in close proximity to more established areas easily accessible from major expressways - East Coast Parkway, Tampines Expressway, and Pan Island Expressway.
