PPP Coffee

In the past 10 years, we learned so much about ourselves and our customers in Chye Seng Huat Hardware and The Annex, housed within Papa Palheta's HQ. And it's those magical interactions with customers around coffee that led to our inception of our employee store in Funan. This store will be named PPP Coffee, as we embark on our rebranding at our 10th year mark. This coffee bar's primary objective is to serve the community in that area and ultimately the mall goer. In this new store, we will feature our unique coffee offerings, alongside an archive of exceptional coffees that our team is curating constantly. These coffees representing the best roast and lot from our archive over the years, have been kept frozen in our library below 18 degrees C. Grinding these vintages in their frozen form will allow for better flavour extraction, essentially a more delicious coffee. For food, we will have an artisanal toast bar together with a select variety of pastries to complement. The selection also incorporates some local Nonya Kuehs. Look out for our Ondeh Ondeh with coffee infused gula melaka filling. Another highlight for the space is dedicating an experiential brew bar for customers to have a go at brewing and interacting with coffee apparatus.
