The health of our shoppers is of utmost importance to us. Due to the ever changing Covid situation, we have ceased the loaning of community shared items such as strollers, prams, battery packs and wheelchairs to better protect you. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Lot One does not have free wifi.

8. What are your opening hours?
Lot One is opened from 10am to 10pm. As each of the stores have different operating hours, please contact the individual stores to enquire to avoid disappointment.

10. Where is the Fire Command Centre (FCC) / Guardhouse?
Our Fire Command Centre is located at Level 1, near the handicap toilet. Please note that the Fire Command Centre is not accessible to the general public and is for official use only.

Our Customer Service Counter / Concierge is located at Level 2, near the lift lobby.
