Established in 2011, Hoshino Coffee is a specialty coffeehouse which has more than 200 outlets in Japan. The store is renowned for its high-quality Hand-drip coffee and the Fuwafuwa Soufflé Pancake. In honour of its success in Japan, Hoshino Coffee opened its first overseas branch in Singapore in 2012.
Hoshino Coffee’s restaurant interior features an old-world charm in a rustic setting replete with solid mahogany and plush leather upholstery, accentuating a ritzy gentlemen’s club vibe. Furthermore, chandeliers adorn the ceilings of the café, adding a sophisticated glamour to the restaurant. Artificial food display is set outside the restaurant which features some of Hoshino Coffee’s signature dishes such as the Classic Omu Rice and the Arrabiata Spaghetti. Other notable savoury dishes include the Lobster Bisque Soup Spaghetti and the Hoshino Pot Baked Curry Rice.
The quality of coffee at Hoshino Coffee is carefully procured by its in-house coffee blend specialist – Master Kanno, who only selects the most premium Arabica roasted beans. After being roasted on an open fire, a fine cup of slightly sour coffee emerges, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
