1. Where can I loan accessibility / community shared items?
The health of our shoppers is of utmost importance to us. Due to the ever changing Covid situation, we have ceased the loaning of community shared items such as strollers, prams, battery packs and wheelchairs to better protect you. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

$1.60 for first hour
$0.55 for every subsequent 15 minutes
6pm to 11.59pm
$3.25 per entry

6. What are your opening hours?
Westgate is opened from 10am to 10pm. As each of the stores have different operating hours, please contact the individual stores to enquire to avoid disappointment.

9. Where is the Fire Command Centre (FCC) / Guardhouse?
Our Fire Command Centre is located at Level 1, near the entrance of Westgate Tower. Please note that the Fire Command Centre is not accessible to the general public and is for official use only.

10. Where is the Customer Service Counter / Concierge?
As we digitalise our services, the Concierge will be closed with effect from 1 March 2024. You can approach our friendly Digital Service Advocates roaming the mall daily for further assistance or visit our website here for your enquiries, or our digital directories located within the mall at Basement 2 to Level 4 to find out more.

11. Where is the Westgate Wonderland and what are the opening hours?
Westgate Wonderland is located at Level 4 and is open from 10am to 10pm daily. Do note that the operating hours may change without prior notice due to weather conditions.
*Please note Westgate Wonderland wet play area is currently closed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
