Of the 28 items on their menu, Tim Ho Wan features the ‘Four Heavenly King’ of dim sum, which refers to their signature BBQ Pork Buns, Pan Fried Carrot Cake, Beancurd Skin with Pork and Shrimp as well as the Steamed Egg Cake. Their BBQ Pork Buns are an international favourite and are marked with a special crumbly and sweet outer shell, while the pork fillings give a contrasting salty and sweet taste. The Egg Cake is spongy and light, offering a subtle caramelised taste that endures on your tongue.
