Terms & Conditions

1.     INTRODUCTION

1.1. “The Great Bounce Party” (the “Event”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards Programme (referred to as “CapitaStar Member”). Shoppers may download the CapitaStar mobile app and sign up as members to qualify for and participate in this Event. CapitaStar Members may redeem the designated reward code on the CapitaStar app, as shown in the table below, to receive the relevant eVouchers.

1.2. The Event is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

1.3. The event period (“Event Period”) is from 31 July to 1 August 2026, both dates inclusive.

1.4. The event mechanics of the “The Great Bounce Party” are as follows:

1.4.1. Upon keying in reward code <BOUNCE> on their CapitaStar app between 25 July and 1 August 2026 (both dates inclusive), CapitaStar Members will receive the relevant eVouchers (“Rewards”).

1.5. The reward code <BOUNCE> will be available for redemption on the CapitaStar app from 25 July 2026, 10am to 1 August 2026, 10pm. It may take up to 12 hours for the Rewards to be automatically credited directly into the CapitaStar app of the CapitaStar Members.

1.6. CapitaStar Members can tap on the ‘My Vouchers’ tab from the CapitaStar app main screen to view the Rewards. The Organiser shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the Rewards.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Event:

    a. employees of any retail tenants in the Participating CapitaLand malls; and

    b. persons whom the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

2.2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with at the Organiser’s sole discretion.

3. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1. By participating in this Event, the CapitaStar Member:

3.1.1. Acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Event, including compliance with these Event Terms and Conditions, and confirms that he/she has read and agreed to the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html, as may be amended, replaced or substituted from time to time.

3.1.2. Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Event. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto as may be made from time to time.

3.2. Acceptance of any Reward shall constitute consent on the part of the CapitaStar Member to allow the use of his/her name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

3.3. All Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.

3.4. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Event reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Event and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

3.5. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Event or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

3.6. By participating in this Event, the CapitaStar Member represents that he/she has read and agreed with this Event T&Cs.

3.7. This Event T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Event irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.

3.8. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Event shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
