The managers of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, Ascott Residence Trust and Ascendas India Trust have issued their respective announcements relating to a change of names of their entities and their managers.

With effect from today, 27 September 2022,

• Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust has been renamed CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR)
• Ascott Residence Trust has been renamed CapitaLand Ascott Trust (CLAS) 
• Ascendas India Trust has been renamed CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT)

With effect from 30 September 2022, 9.00 a.m., their security and counter names will be changed as follows:
