  • Manohar Khiatani

    Manohar Khiatani

    Senior Executive Director,
    CapitaLand Investment

    Manohar is Senior Executive Director at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), where he assists the Group CEO in strategic projects, Group-wide initiatives as well as the India, business/industrial park and data centre businesses. He also oversees the Group Centre of Excellence for Customer Solutions and Innovation.

    Prior to joining CapitaLand, Manohar was Deputy Group CEO of Ascendas-Singbridge, which merged with CapitaLand in 2019. Before joining Ascendas in 2013, he was CEO of JTC Corporation, the Singapore government’s lead agency for planning, promoting and developing industrial infrastructure and facilities. Prior to that, Manohar had a long career with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and was its Deputy Managing Director. While at EDB, he played a key role in the development of several sectors in Singapore’s economy and led EDB’s operations in the Americas and Europe.

    Concurrent with his CapitaLand’s responsibilities, Manohar is Special Advisor to the Chairman of the EDB.

    Manohar holds a Master in Naval Architecture from the University of Hamburg, Germany. He has also attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

  • Eugene Seo

    Eugene Seo

    Managing Director, Data Centre,
    CapitaLand Investment

    • Eugene co-founded the Data Centre business unit and was Head of Data Centre Investments from 2017-2021.
    • He was appointed Managing Director, Data Centre in July 2021.
    • Eugene leads the deal teams for CapitaLand’s Data Centres across Singapore, China and India, with a total investment value in excess of S$1.5 billion.
    • Prior to joining CapitaLand, Eugene served with the Economic Development Board (EDB) for 7 years as Head of Industry, Infocomm Digital Media.
    • Eugene graduated Summa cum Laude from Cornell University in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering, and from Stanford University with a Master’s in Management Science & Engineering.
  • Surajit Chatterjee

    Surajit Chatterjee

    Managing Director, Data Centre, India,
    CapitaLand Investment

    Surajit Chatterjee is the Managing Director of CapitaLand Investments, Data Centre Group India. He has successfully established the Group as a Data Centre Operator in India and has played a leadership role in streamlining the business operations from inception to execution. 

    He is a master strategist in the field of Operations,  Business Development, Enterprise Sales & Marketing and Customer support, having an eventful career of 26+ years in various industries like IT services, Telecom, and Infrastructure. His vast domain expertise in Cloud, Managed Services, and Data Center Operations, makes him an influential figure in the Industry.

    In the past, he has been associated with companies like Sify Technologies, Tata Communications (ST Telemedia), Tulip Telecom, and HCL Technologies, where he has been a  pioneer in developing and launching profitable business models that include complete end-to-end life cycle management of the organization.

    He is a Strategically-focused, persistent and outcome-driven leader with a knack for building and inspiring large, cross-functional teams to deliver beyond business expectations with a Laser focus on continuously improving quality while managing costs.

    Surajit is an outstanding communicator at all levels and is associated with various Industry governing bodies. He is a regular Business Speaker at events where he shares his insights on Industry trends, Operations, Leadership, Strategy, Innovation, and other business aspects, which help create a profitable enterprise.

  • Jay Khym

    Jay Khym

    General Manager, Data Centre, Korea,
    CapitaLand Investment

    Jay Weon Khym (Jay) is General Manager, Data Centre, South Korea at CapitaLand Investment, responsible for managing and growing CLI’s data centre business in South Korea.

    He brings more than 35 years of diverse business experiences and track records in the global telecommunications, information and communication technology, and data centre industries. Before his appointment at CLI, Jay was the Country Manager/Head of Digital Realty Korea for about 4 years, where he was responsible for development, management, and operations of its first purpose-built carrier neutral data centre as a connectivity hub and investment of its second hyperscale data centre as the connected campus in Greater Seoul.

    He also managed his own consulting firm - Khym & Jay Global, specialized in advising on the telecom and data centre markets in South Korea. Prior to that, he served various executive positions at AT&T Asia Pacific Wholesale Solutions as Regional Managing Director responsible for data and voice revenue, cost negotiations, and account management for telcos, partners, and customers for 23 years. He also engaged in global strategies and international telecom businesses at DACOM Corporation.

    He enjoys playing soccer every weekend for an extracurricular outdoor activity and plays golf at his extra spare time.

    Jay graduated from Korea University and obtained an MBA from the graduate school of Yonsei University.
