Participants will be able to experience the invigorating Salsation dance fitness class, which combines functional training with dynamic moves to create a fun and easy dance workout. Participants can join in to improve their mobility and stamina regardless of age. This inclusive and enjoyable session will energize and motivate everyone as they groove to the rhythm and enhance their fitness levels. This event is brought to you by the Health Promotion Board and organised as part of Live It Up!, CapitaLand's Wellness and Community Festival.
