Made with utmost care for precision, Din Tai Fung’s signature Xiao Long Baos are stuffed with succulent seasoned pork along with a unique savory pork broth and finally sealed in its trademark 18-fold skin. Amongst the Xiao Long Baos are other noteworthy dishes such as the Steamed Chicken Soup, Green Chillies Stuffed with Marinated Minced Meat and other seasonal novelty dishes. To date, Din Tai Fung is one of the most popular Dim Sum restaurants in Singapore, with 23 outlets across Singapore at shopping malls such as Bedok Mall, Junction 8 and Raffles City Shopping Centre.
