1.1. Funan After 6pm Indulgence (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a member to qualify and participate in this promotion. CapitaStar rewards are only awarded for spend at participating CapitaLand malls and/ or commercial properties in Singapore.
1.2. The Promotion for Dig in & Score (“Tier 1”) and Star-Studded Treat (“Tier 2”) is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”)
1.3. The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 3 July to 27 October 2023, both dates inclusive. Promotion is available on weekdays only, from Monday to Friday, after 6pm.
1.4. The Promotion mechanics of Dig in & Score (“Tier 1”) are as follows:
1.4.1. Eligible Shoppers must spend a minimum of Singapore Dollars Fifty (S$50) (“Tier 1 Qualifying Spend”) in a single receipt at any Food & Beverage stores at Funan to receive a $5 eCapitaVoucher (“Tier 1 Reward”). Please refer to Annex A for the list of participating stores.
1.4.2. The Tier 1 Reward is limited to 1 redemption per Eligible Shopper per day. Eligible Shoppers must snap the original same day receipt through their CapitaStar App on the same day of purchase made after 6pm during the Promotion Period.
1.4.3. The Tier 1 Reward will be automatically credited into the Qualifying Eligible Shopper’s CapitaStar App upon approval of the eligible receipt.
1.5. The Promotion mechanics of Star-Studded Treat (“Tier 2”) are as follows:
1.5.1. Eligible Shoppers must spend a minimum of Singapore Dollars Ten (S$10) (“Tier 2 Qualifying Spend”) at any Level 2 Food & Beverage stores/ Basement 2 Food Kiosks at Funan to receive 1,000 STAR$® (“Tier 2 Reward”). Please refer to Annex B for the list of participating stores.
1.5.2. The Tier 2 Reward is limited to 1 redemption per Eligible Shopper per day. Eligible Shoppers must snap the original same day receipt through their CapitaStar App on the same day of purchase made after 6pm during the Promotion Period.
1.5.3. The Tier 2 Reward will be automatically credited into the Qualifying Eligible Shopper’s CapitaStar App upon approval of the eligible receipt.
1.6. Tier 2 Reward is stackable with Tier 1 Reward
1.7. Tier 1 Reward and Tier 2 Reward are based on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
1.8. The timing condition for all receipt uploads is between 6pm – 11pm from Monday – Friday only.
2.1 Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:
a. employees of any retail tenants in Funan; and
b. persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.
2.2 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with the Organiser’s sole discretion.
3. QUALIFYING SPEND
3.1. Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts.
3.2. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
3.3. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Shopper and the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) before processing the redemption of the Reward and/or Prize in the Promotion.
3.4. Receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the CapitaLand Mall when it is used to redeem the Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards unless otherwise stated. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of more than one promotion at CapitaLand Malls unless otherwise stated.
4. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITONS
4.1. By agreeing to participate in this promotion, you will be registered as a CapitaStar member.
4.2. All rewards/prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated. The Reward must be redeemed by the qualifying Eligible Shopper and is not transferable to any other shopper. The Management is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Reward has been fully redeemed. The Management reserves the right to replace the Reward with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
4.3. The eCapitaVoucher Reward and STAR$® Reward cannot be exchanged for different denominations and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the same.
4.4. By participating in this Promotion:
4.4.1. The Member (CapitaStar members) acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html and may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
4.4.2. Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.
4.5. Acceptance of any eCapitaVoucher Reward and STAR$® Reward shall constitute consent on the part of the Eligible Shopper to allow the use of his/her name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
4.6. The eCapitaVoucher Reward and STAR$® Reward will not be awarded until the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
4.7. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
4.8. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
4.9. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
4.10. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve any or all disputes.
4.11. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
