As the space for pop culture, art and collectibles, BLAXK by ActionCity (“BLAXK”) is proud to present The Rhythm of Red exhibition together with Chinese artist ABAO.

A popular name in the designer toy scene, ABAO is best known for creating adorable and whimsical designer toys, often featuring round, chubby animal characters with a soft, pastel aesthetic. Her creations balance the grotesque and the cute, exploring characters that wander on the edge but remain gentle. Returning to Singapore in the blazing summer, ABAO focuses on red—the color that pulses with tropical energy—as the thematic hue for this new exhibition. Here, beneath the equatorial sun, red beats in varied rhythms, evaporating into the shared breath of the city lovingly dubbed “The Little Red Dot”.

As her milestone exhibition in Singapore, BLAXK and ABAO specially curated various exclusive releases, designer toys, artworks and merchandises showcasing the enchanting world of ABAO. The Rhythm of Red exhibition invites you on this energetic yet enchanting journey to uncover the adrenaline thrill of urban speed with ABAO's enigmatic characters.
