Complimentary 2-Hours Parking Daily At Raffles City Singapore

COMPLIMENTARY PARKING  AT RAFFLES CITY

  • Complimentary parking will be activated from the day you are enrolled to the Raffles Prestige Programme. 
  • To enjoy 2-hours daily complimentary parking at Raffles City Shopping Centre, login to the CapitaStar App here and at your profile, update your vehicle number and IU number. Raffles Prestige Members who do not fill in the fields or provide the most updated information will not be eligible for the complimentary parking. 
  • This parking privilege is strictly for enrolled Raffles Prestige members and is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable. 
  • By submitting your details on the CapitaStar App, you authorize CapitaStar to exchange, use and receive personal information about you, including submitting information to Raffles City Shopping Centre and their vendor for the provision of the complimentary parking benefit at Raffles City Shopping Centre. 
  • Raffles Prestige Member will only be eligible to register for one vehicle for the entire period as a Raffles Prestige Member. 
  • Complimentary parking is limited to the first 2 hours at Raffles City Shopping Centre per day, subject to the rules and regulations governing the use of the carpark at Raffles City Shopping Centre. In the event of a system glitch, reimbursement will strictly be in the form of STAR$ at the sole discretion of CapitaStar. No additional or other compensation will be given. 
  • Standard parking charges and/or entry charges shall apply after the Complimentary Parking privilege has been utilised. 
  • In the event that Raffles Prestige Member is eligible for the American Express CapitaCard complimentary and privileged parking during the calendar month, Raffles Prestige Member will enjoy up to a maximum of 3 hours of complimentary parking daily at Raffles City Shopping Centre. 
  • Raffles Prestige Member can update his or her vehicle registration number and/or 10-digit In-Vehicle Unit number up to 3 times for the entire period as a Raffles Prestige Member. Any update of details will be processed within 5 working days. There will be no compensation of car park charges incurred in the period from the date of provision of update particulars by the customer up to the effective date of updating of car particulars. 
  • CapitaStar assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with this programme, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected, which may affect a Raffles Prestige Member’s eligibility in the programme. 
  • CapitaStar reserves the right to vary its terms and conditions relating to Complimentary Parking without any prior notice

Raffles Prestige Quarterly Rewards Exclusive (“Promotion”)

1 October 2022 – 30 September 2023 (“Promotion Period”)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Promotion is exclusive to Raffles Prestige members (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”).

2. Eligible Shoppers must spend an accumulative of S$7,000 every quarter at Raffles City Singapore with unlimited cumulative receipts and a minimum of S$20 spend per receipt, excluding receipts from CS Fresh and 7-Eleven during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Spend”) at Raffles City to receive 200,000 STAR$® with 6 months validity from date of issue (“Reward”) within the Promotion Period, while stocks last.

3. Each quarter of the Promotion Period is made up of: 1 October – 31 December 2022, 1 January – 31 March 2023, 1 April – 30 June 2023, 1 July – 30 September 2023.

4. Eligible Shoppers must snap the original same-day receipt(s) through their CapitaStar App on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable. Receipts are not transferrable or reusable.

5. Each Eligible Shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per Reward during Promotion Period.

6. 200,000 STAR$® (Reward”) is limited to the first 100 redemptions every quarter throughout the Promotion Period, while stocks last.

7. Reward will be credited to the Eligible Shopper's CapitaStar account within 30 days upon last day of the quarter of the Promotion Period. Strictly no extension of promotion period.

1. Redemption qualifying amount is based on nett purchase after deduction of discounts. 

2. Receipt/s and charge slip/s (in full/partial payment) for the purchase of gift cards and vouchers (E.g. 1. This Promotion is exclusive to Raffles Prestige members (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”).

Eligible Shopper must snap the original same-day receipt(s) through their CapitaStar App on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) of $20 and above, excluding receipts from CS Fresh and 7-Eleven, will contribute toward total accumulated spend amount and qualify for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable. Receipts are not transferrable or reusable.

3. Top Spender Prize – 1,000,000 STAR$® (Reward”) will be awarded to one (1) Eligible Shopper every quarter with the highest total accumulated amount spent at Raffles City Singapore during the Promotion Period.  

4. Top Spender will be notified directly upon conclusion of the Promotion Period. Top Spender will be requested to present the necessary identification for verification.

5. Each quarter of the Promotion Period is made up of: 1 October – 31 December 2022, 1 January – 31 March 2023, 1 April – 30 June 2023, 1 July – 30 September 2023.

6. Each Eligible Shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per Reward during Promotion Period.

7. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity.

8. The Management reserves the right to replace prizes with items of similar value.

9. In the event of any dispute, The Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

10. Reward will be credited to the Eligible Shopper's CapitaStar account within 30 days upon last day of the quarter of the Promotion Period. Strictly no extension of promotion period.
