1.   To enjoy the listed privileges and benefits, eligible persons must be a CapitaStar Rewards Programme Member and is invited by CapitaStar as a Raffles Prestige Member (“Member”).
2. By signing up for the CapitaStar Rewards Programme, members have read the terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Rewards Programme as per this link here. Members invited to the Raffles Prestige Club, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Raffles Prestige Membership is for a period of 1 year, commencing from the date the member is being enrolled onto the programme.
3. CapitaStar Pte Ltd (“CapitaStar”) reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these privileges or benefits at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. The provision of services, activities or privileges stated is the responsibility of the respective merchant and/or service establishment. CapitaStar is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the merchant and/or service establishment.
4. Members have to read the individual services, activities or privileges as listed in the CapitaStar app by the merchant and/or service establishment.
5. Members acknowledge that any disputes in relation to the above are to be directed solely to the merchant and/or service establishment providing such services, activities or privileges.
6.  By being a Raffles Prestige Member, the Member acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
7.  By being a Raffles Prestige Member, the Member agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with the programme. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.
8. The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained
9.   For the purposes of these Raffles Prestige Terms and Conditions, “Organiser” refers to CapitaStar Pte Ltd
10.  This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and Member in this Programme irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to resolve any and all dispute.
11. Information stated in this Programme Terms and Condition is correct at the time of printing and is subject to change without prior notice.

1. CapitaStar may in its sole and absolute discretion, invite a Member to the Raffles Prestige Membership.
2. Members in this membership must spend a minimum of S$25,000 within a period of 12 consecutive months at participating retailers in CapitaLand Malls to renew the membership for the following year. Members who do not meet the renewal criteria will be offboarded the Raffles Prestige programme. 
3. CapitaStar’s decision on the enrollment of members to the Raffles Prestige Membership shall be final and conclusive. 

1. The Spend Tracker will only show your transaction history based on:

1.1 Purchases made from the date you have joined the Raffles Prestige programme till the end of your membership period

o A period of twelve (12) consecutive months for full Raffles Prestige membership

o A period of six (6) consecutive months for trial Raffles Prestige membership

1.3 Purchases with a minimum spend of S$20 in a single same-day receipt uploaded to the CapitaStar Mobile App within one day (from receipt date). All outlets with printed receipts / tax invoices within the above-mentioned participating CapitaLand Malls shall qualify except the following:

1.4 For avoidance of doubt, payments made via eCapitaVoucher(s) will not be included. Please scan and upload your receipts to the CapitaStar App for all payment modes except: 

o Payment via DBS/POSB Credit or Debit cards and DBS PayLah! if you have linked your CapitaStar account with DBS PayLah! 

o Payment via ShopBack Pay or PayLater if you have linked your CapitaStar account with ShopBack

o Payment via AImazing terminals at participating retailers in Raffles City Singapore
 

2. The Spend Tracker will take up to 24 hours to be updated.

3. For full Raffles Prestige membership, kindly spend $25,000 and above within a period of twelve (12) consecutive months from the date that you have joined the Raffles Prestige programme to renew your membership for the following year. Members who do not meet the renewal criteria will be offboarded the Raffles Prestige programme. 

4. For trial Raffles Prestige membership, kindly spend $12,500 and above within a period of six (6) consecutive months from the date that you have joined the Raffles Prestige programme to be eligible for an extension of another six (6) more consecutive months of Raffles Prestige membership.

5. The Management reserves the right to amend the promotion period and/or Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion.

1. STAR$^® can be earned with a minimum spend of S$20 on the same-day spend and purchase receipts must be uploaded via the CapitaStar Mobile App. For every S$1 spend as a Raffles Prestige Member, you will be credited with 10 STAR$^®. Note: For American Express CapitaCard members, the 2X STAR$^® is only valid for receipts that are uploaded on the CapitaStar Mobile App and members will receive 10 STAR$^® for every S$1 spend.
2.  STAR$^® are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts at all participating retailers in participating CapitaLand malls.
   
3. All STAR$^® will be credited directly into your CapitaStar account.
   
4. Members can accumulate a maximum of 30,000 STAR$ at any one time. Refer to the table below for illustration on the earning of STAR$®: 

1.1 The Raffles Prestige 10x STAR$® (“Reward”) is exclusive to members of Raffles Prestige (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”) who have made their first transaction at Raffles City Singapore on their Birthday Month. Shoppers must be a Raffles Prestige member to qualify and participate in this Promotion.

1.2 For avoidance of doubt, Raffles Prestige members are not eligible to receive 2X STAR$® for 1st transaction at participating CapitaLand Malls during birthday month. They will get 10X STAR$® on 1st transaction during birthday month at Raffles City Singapore.

1.3 The Promotion mechanics are as follows:

1.3.1 The 10x STAR$® Birthday privilege is exclusively for Raffles Prestige members that are onboarded onto the Raffles Prestige by CapitaStar membership programme. 

1.3.2 Eligible Shoppers must spend the minimum transactional value of S$20 in a single same-day receipt (“Qualifying Spend”) uploaded to the CapitaStar Mobile App within one day (from receipt date). NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable. Receipts are not transferrable or reusable.

1.3.3 Members can accumulate a maximum of 30,000 STAR$® at any one time. Refer to the table below for illustration on the earning of STAR$®

1.3 The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is an evergreen promotion starting from 1 October 2022. 

1.4 Each Eligible Shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per Reward during Promotion Period.

1.5 STAR$® are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts at all participating retailers in Raffles City Singapore.

1.6 All STAR$® will be credited directly into your CapitaStar account.  

1.7 All outlets with printed receipts / tax invoices within the above-mentioned participating CapitaLand Malls shall qualify for STAR$® accumulation except the following:

1.8 The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption/s.

1.9 The Management reserves the right to replace items/prizes with items of similar value.

1.10 The Management reserves the right to amend the promotion period and/or Terms and conditions in its sole discretion.

1. For CapitaStar members that have previously input their vehicle number and IU number onto the CapitaStar App, complimentary parking will be activated from the day you are enrolled to the Raffles Prestige Programme.  
2. Members who have not keyed in their vehicle and/or IU number onto the CapitaStar app, will have to login to the CapitaStar App and at your profile section, update your vehicle number and IU number. Raffles Prestige Members who do not fill in the fields or provide the most updated information will not be eligible for the complimentary parking. Do note that update of details will be processed within 5 working days. 
   
3. This parking privilege is strictly non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
   
4. By submitting your details on the CapitaStar App, you authorize CapitaStar to exchange, use and receive personal information about you, including submitting information to Raffles City Shopping Centre and their vendor for the provision of the complimentary parking benefit at Raffles City Shopping Centre.
   
5. Raffles Prestige Member will only be eligible to register for one vehicle for the entire period as a Raffles Prestige Member.
   
6. Complimentary parking is limited to the first 2 hours at Raffles City Shopping Centre per day, subject to the rules and regulations governing the use of the carpark at Raffles City Shopping Centre. In the event of a system glitch, reimbursement will strictly be in the form of STAR$ at the sole discretion of CapitaStar. No additional or other compensation will be given.
   
7. Standard parking charges and/or entry charges shall apply after the Complimentary Parking privilege has been utilised.
   
8. In the event that a Raffles Prestige Member is eligible for American Express CapitaCard complimentary and privileged parking during the calendar month, Raffles Prestige Member will enjoy up to a maximum of 3 hours of complimentary parking daily at Raffles City Shopping Centre.   
   
9. Raffles Prestige Member can update his or her vehicle registration number and/or 10-digit In-Vehicle Unit number up to 3 times for the entire period as a Raffles Prestige Member. Any update of details will be processed within 5 working days. There will be no compensation of car park charges incurred in the period from the date of provision of update particulars by the customer up to the effective date of updating of car particulars.
   
10. CapitaStar assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with this programme, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected, which may affect a Raffles Prestige Member’s eligibility in the programme.
    
11. CapitaStar reserves the right to vary its terms and conditions relating to Complimentary Parking without any prior notice.
