1. Campaign period: 8 January 2026, 00:00:00 to 31 December 2026, 23:59:59 (Beijing Time).

2. Eligibility: This promotion is only open to Mainland China real-name verified Alipay users (referring to the accounts verified with a Chinese ID card and bound to the mobile phone number in Chinese mainland) and using Alipay version 10.3.10 or above. Each user may only participate Twice (2) during the Campaign. Users are identified as the same individual if they share any of the following: the same ID number, the same Alipay account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device terminal. In order to confirm the eligibility of users who receive vouchers and prevent the risk of theft of accounts, devices or bank cards, Alipay reserves the right to suspend or permanently suspend the issuance of preferential rewards to relevant accounts.

3. Campaign Mechanics

How to participate:
1. During the Campaign Period, a user (as a sharer) can invite 2 friends within 48 hours after clicking the “Invite” button. Upon successful referral, the sharer will receive a 10 RMB voucher redeemable at participating merchants.
2. The referral task is considered completed when the invitee (supporter) lands on the event page in the Alipay app and clicks the “Like” button.
3. Participating Malls: The 10 RMB voucher can be used at 8 participating CapitaLand malls in Singapore - Bugis Junction, Bugis+, CQ @ Clarke Quay, Funan, Raffles City, Plaza Singapura, Kallang Wave Mall and IMM.
Participation limit: Each user may only redeem once per calendar month, with a maximum of 2 referrals (excluding unsuccessful referrals) during the Campaign Period.
Discount details:
1. After completing a referral, the user can receive one 10 RMB voucher. The number of monthly prizes is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The voucher is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance and will expire if not used. The discount is valid based on the time of payment; if the payment time is outside the voucher’s validity period, the voucher cannot be used.
2. The discount can only be used once and will automatically be applied when the payment amount is at least 10.01 RMB.
3. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the voucher will be returned to the user’s card wallet if it is still valid, and the voucher’s validity and usage conditions remain unchanged. The voucher cannot be split or used in conjunction with other vouchers. If a refund or return occurs, the voucher will not be refunded or replaced. Referee’s Receive A 2 RMB Alipay Voucher

Participation Method: During the Campaign, referee’s will be required to click the “Like” button on the page after receiving the invitation to receive a 2 RMB Alipay voucher. The voucher can only be used at participating merchants.
Participating Malls: Vouchers can be used at 8 participating CapitaLand malls in Singapore - Bugis Junction, Bugis+, CQ @ Clarke Quay, Funan, Raffles City, Plaza Singapura, Kallang Wave Mall and IMM.
Participation limit: Each referrer can participate in 5 referrals per day and a maximum of 10 referrals during the Campaign Period.
Discount details:
1. After participating in a referral task, the referee can receive one 2 RMB voucher. The number of prizes is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The voucher is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt and will expire if not used. The discount is valid based on the time of payment; if the payment time is outside the voucher’s validity period, the voucher cannot be used.

Other Notes:
1. All amounts mentioned in these rules are in RMB. The actual payment amount is based on the Alipay client’s bill. The voucher amount is based on the actual amount received.
2. Vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or products, split, or used in conjunction with other vouchers. They cannot be gifted to others or withdrawn. If a refund or return occurs, the voucher will not be refunded or replaced. The voucher’s validity and usage range are detailed on the voucher rules page (Alipay app homepage - Card Wallet - Vouchers). Vouchers that are not used within their validity period will automatically expire.
3. During the process of claiming and using vouchers, if a user engages in or is involved in any violations (such as money laundering, cheating, malicious cashing out, credit brushing, false transactions, infringing on others’ rights, or posting illegal content), the organizer has the right to cancel the user’s voucher usage eligibility and take measures such as revoking the violation transaction, reclaiming the voucher (including used and unused vouchers), and pursuing legal responsibility if necessary.

5. Alipay will use the relevant personal information submitted by users in this event reasonably in accordance with the Ant Group Privacy Policy: http://render.alipay.com/p/c/k2h4n8ug.
6. In the event of force majeure or changes in circumstances (such as natural disasters, instructions from competent authorities to stop or adjust the event, system failures requiring a pause), the organizer may claim exemption from liability in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
7. Organizer: This event is organized by Ant International Business (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Organizer”).
8. To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, the organizer has the right to change or adjust the Campaign rules according to the actual holding of this event, and the relevant changes or adjustments will be announced on the event page and will take effect in accordance with the law after publication.
Others: Alipay Wallet will only be applicable to Chinese citizens who have successfully applied for Alipay Wallet, hold a mainland China ID card, and have a Chinese address, and not to other individuals in the event location. Alipay and Alipay Wallet are not regulated by the financial regulatory authorities of the destination country for overseas travel.

4. Eligibility:

This Promotion is only available to all Wallet users who make payments at the Participating Malls with the Wallet during the Promotion Period (each, an “Eligible User”).

“Eligible User” also refers to a registered user of the Wallet app who actively uses the Wallet service and not merely an account. To prevent the risk of theft or misuse of an e-wallet account, mobile phone number, mobile device or credit card number, take note that in the following circumstances: (i) connection on the same mobile phone or mobile device, such as the logging in or activation of multiple accounts; (ii) connection of an e-wallet account or mobile number on multiple mobile phones or mobile devices, such as the logging in or activation on such devices; or (iii) the same credit card number being connected to multiple e-wallet accounts, the Wallet may take steps to verify an Eligible User's identity and/or suspend or terminate any promotion or reward relating to such account(s). The Wallet reserves its right to take further legal action against such infringing account(s) and their relevant user.

5. How to claim the Discount Voucher:

During the Promotion Period, each Eligible User may claim four (4) discount voucher (“Discount Voucher”) in either of the following manner before spending at a Participating Store:

Option 1: Scan the QR code of the promotion material through the Wallet. Click “Redeem Now” on the campaign page to get the Discount Voucher.

Option 2: Click on the homepage to enter Alipay+ Rewards mini app, switch to “Singapore” as the destination on the upper left corner of the relevant page, click on the banner of the campaign to enter the campaign page, and click “Redeem Now” to obtain the Discount Voucher.

5.1 The Discount Voucher is limited throughout the Promotion Period and will be given to Eligible Users who make a qualified purchase, on a first-come, first-served basis.

5.2 The Discount Voucher is valid for seven (7) days from the date of its issuance.

6. Discount:

Each Eligible User may enjoy the following instant discount on eligible purchases in a single transaction at Participating Malls, for up to four (4) transactions (the "Discount"), subject to the following conditions:

- Spend a minimum of 2000 SGD and get 70 SGD instant off (Min purchase of 70.01 SGD);

- Spend a minimum of 400 SGD and get 20 SGD instant off (Min purchase of 20.01 SGD); )

- Spend a minimum of 100 SGD and get 4 SGD instant off (Min purchase of 4.01 SGD);

- Spend a minimum of 20 SGD and get 1 SGD instant off (Min purchase of 1.01 SGD);

6.1 Subject to the terms herein, the Eligible User may use the Discount for a maximum of four (4) transactions during the Promotion Period at a Participating Store;

6.2 The Discount amount for each transaction is either 70 SGD, 20 SGD, 4 SGD or 1 SGD of the total bill, provided the minimum spending requirement is met

6.3 Any expired Discount Voucher shall be deemed invalid and will not be re-issued.

6.4 For the avoidance of doubt, the instant discount for a single transaction shall not exceed the total value of that transaction

Notwithstanding the above:

6.5 Each Eligible User must claim the Alipay+ Rewards in-app voucher with the Wallet;

6.6 the purchase must be made with the same Wallet;

6.7 The discount is a one-time offer only

6.8 The discount is subjected to limited availability

6.9 The applicability of the Discount and amount will be displayed on the payment page.

7. Unless otherwise specified, the Discount shall not be used together with other benefits, discounts or vouchers at the same time and shall not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or for other benefits.

8. Unless otherwise specified, all references herein are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and the foreign exchange rate shall be determined by the relevant cooperation agencies (where applicable). The transaction amount and the actual discount applied will be subject to the final amount set out in the transaction record shown on the Wallet receipt.

9. In the event of a refund or return of purchased items, only the amount paid (post currency exchange and excluding any applied Discount) will be refunded. The Discount will not be made available again upon a full /partial refund or return.

10. Should there be any breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activities detected, we, the Wallet and/or the Merchant(s) reserve the right to (i) deny the qualification for voucher(s), discount(s), and/or benefit(s) offered under the Promotion; (ii) cancel the relevant transaction(s); and/or (iii) claim back any applied discount or benefit from the user.

11. We, the Wallet and/ or the Merchant(s) shall have the right to (i) amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion details and these Terms; and (ii) substitute the voucher(s), discount(s), and/or benefit(s) offered under the Promotion with any other item with similar value, at any time without advance notice and any update will be posted on this page.

12. In addition to these Terms, the Wallet website/app terms and conditions and other applicable user agreements (collectively, the “Wallet General Terms”) shall apply. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and the Wallet General Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

13. In case of any dispute about these Terms, we, the Wallet and/ or the Merchant(s) shall have the final decision and discretion.

14. For any payment issues or questions, please contact us or use the Wallet’s in-app Help Center to raise a service ticket.

15. If a provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid in any jurisdiction, then that it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, unless that modification is not permitted by law, in which case that provision will be disregarded. The rest of these Terms shall remain in effect as written.

16. In the event this Promotion is stopped by any government agency’s orders or must be suspended due to server/network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond our control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event, and we, the Wallet and/or the Merchant(s) shall not be held liable for any damage, loss or claim therein.

17. This Promotion is only offered to users of an e-wallet resident in a jurisdiction where such e-wallet can offer its products and services under applicable laws. For the avoidance of doubt, the Wallet does not solicit a user resident in one jurisdiction to sign up to an e-wallet or promotion provided in a different jurisdiction. The Wallet is only regulated in its home jurisdiction.

18. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and other translated versions of these Terms and/or promotional materials, the English version shall always apply and prevail.

19. All trade names, trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

20. Where applicable, each Eligible User agrees to be bound by these Terms and agree that the Wallet and/or the Merchant(s) may use their name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness in the event for advertising and/or commercial purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.

5. How to claim the Discount Voucher:

During the Promotion Period, each Eligible User may claim four (4) discount voucher (“Discount Voucher”) in either of the following manner before spending at a Participating Store:

6. Discount:

Each Eligible User may enjoy the following instant discount on eligible purchases in a single transaction at Participating Malls, for up to four (4) transactions (the "Discount"), subject to the following conditions:

- Spend a minimum of 2000 SGD and get 70 SGD instant off (Min purchase of 70.01 SGD);

- Spend a minimum of 400 SGD and get 20 SGD instant off (Min purchase of 20.01 SGD);

- Spend a minimum of 100 SGD and get 4 SGD instant off (Min purchase of 4.01 SGD);

6.1 Subject to the terms herein, the Eligible User may use the Discount for a maximum of four (4) transactions during the Promotion Period at a Participating Store;

6.2 The Discount amount for each is either 70 SGD, 20 SGD, 4 SGD or 1 SGD of the total bill, provided the minimum spending requirement is met;

6.3 Any expired Discount Voucher shall be deemed invalid and will not be re-issued.

6.4 For the avoidance of doubt, the amount for the single instant discount (if any) shall not be greater than the amount of the relevant amount of the single transaction.

Notwithstanding the above:

6.5 Each Eligible User must claim the Alipay+ Rewards in-app voucher with the Wallet;

6.6 the purchase must be made with the same Wallet;

6.7 this is a one-time discount only; and

6.8 The applicability of the Discount and amount will be displayed on the payment page.

7. Unless otherwise specified, the Discount shall not be used together with other benefits, discounts or vouchers at the same time and shall not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or for other benefits.

8. Unless otherwise specified, all references herein are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and the foreign exchange rate shall be determined by the relevant cooperation agencies (where applicable). The transaction amount and the actual discount applied will be subject to the final amount set out in the transaction record shown on the Wallet receipt.

9. In case of any refund or return of the purchased items, only the amount actually paid in the local currency of the Wallet (post currency exchange and excluding any applied Discount) will be refunded. The Discount will not be made available again upon a full refund/partial refund.
