TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DISCOVER THE CITY’S BEST @ CAPITALAND MALLS (“PROMOTION”)

TOURIST PRIVILEGE PROGRAMME 2025 / 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1     Discover The City's Best @ CapitaLand Malls (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to tourists (referred to as “Eligible Tourist”) as at the start of the Promotion Period. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) will only be awarded for the qualifying spend at participating CapitaLand malls as shown in the table below.

1.2     The Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

1.3     The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive.

* Tourist sign up and redemption of shopping rewards can be done via Casey live chat from 10am to 6pm daily or at our Concierge / Customer Service Counter at Bugis Junction, Kallang Wave Mall, Plaza Singapura and Raffles City Singapore from 10am to 10pm daily. For purchases made at Bugis+, CQ @ Clarke Quay and Funan, please launch Casey live chat or proceed to the Concierge / Customer Service Counters stated above for redemption.

 

1.4.1        Elite Access (Welcome Gift): The Reward will be automatically credited directly into the CapitaStar app of the Qualifying Eligible Tourist upon successful sign up as a CapitaStar member at the Concierge / Customer Service Counter from 10am to 10pm daily or via Casey live chat from 10am to 6pm daily.

 

1.4.2        Premier Privileges (Mastercard Exclusive):

      S$20 eCapitaVoucher Reward

  • Eligible Tourist can redeem Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) worth of eCapitaVoucher with a minimum of Singapore Dollars Two Hundred (S$200) charged to his/ her Mastercard Credit or Debit card at any participating stores within our participating malls.
  •  

  • For CapitaStar-Mastercard Linked members, the Reward will be automatically credited directly into the CapitaStar app of the Qualifying Eligible Tourist upon making a qualifying transaction using Mastercard. For the avoidance of doubt, please ensure that you have a valid Mastercard Credit or Debit card linked on your CapitaStar app. The reward may take up to 7 working days to be issued.
  • Eligible Tourists may also redeem the Reward at the Concierge / Customer Service Counter between 10am to 10pm daily or Casey live chat between 10am to 6pm daily by presenting the original receipt(s), charge slip(s) and the original Mastercard Credit or Debit card used to make the payment on the same day of purchase.
  • Redemption of the Singapore Dollars Twenty ($S20) worth of eCapitaVoucher is limited to one (1) redemption per Eligible Tourist per day per mall, while stocks last. 

    S$55 eCapitaVoucher Reward

  • The Eligible Tourist can redeem an additional Singapore Dollars Fifty-Five (S$55) worth of eCapitaVoucher with a further Singapore Dollars Five Hundred (S$500) charged to the same Mastercard Credit or Debit card at any participating stores within our participating malls.
  • For CapitaStar-Mastercard Linked members, the Reward will be automatically credited directly into the CapitaStar app of the Qualifying Eligible Tourist upon making a qualifying transaction using Mastercard. For the avoidance of doubt, please ensure that you have a valid Mastercard Credit or Debit card linked on your CapitaStar app. The reward may take up to 7 working days to be issued.
  • Eligible Tourists may also redeem the Reward at the Concierge / Customer Service Counter between 10am to 10pm daily or Casey live chat between 10am to 6pm daily by presenting the original receipt(s), charge slip(s) and the original Mastercard Credit or Debit card used to make the payment on the same day of purchase.
  • Redemption of the Singapore Dollars Fifty-Five (S$55) worth of eCapitaVoucher is limited to one (1) redemption per Eligible Tourist per day per mall, while stocks last. 

 

2.     ELIGIBILITY

2.1     Eligible Tourists must present their original passport at the Concierge / Customer Service Counter or via Casey live chat to sign up to participate in the Promotion.

2.2     Promotion is limited to foreign tourists aged 16 years old and above as at point of redemption only.

2.3     The following information is required from all Eligible Tourists signing up for the Promotion: Full Name, Nationality, Date of Birth and a valid email address.

2.4     Upon successful sign up of the Promotion, the Eligible Tourist will be required to download the CapitaStar app on his / her mobile phone to register for a CapitaStar member account to receive the welcome gift and relevant shopping rewards (“Rewards”) of each campaign within this Promotion.

 

3.       OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1     The Promotion is exclusive to foreign tourists (referred to as “Eligible Tourist”) who are not residents in Singapore. All Eligible Tourists can sign up as a CapitaStar member at the Concierge / Customer Service Counter from 10am to 10pm daily or via Casey live chat from 10am to 6pm daily and download the CapitaStar app to qualify and participate in this Promotion.

3.2     This Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

3.3     Singapore Citizens, PRs residing in Singapore, holders of Employment Pass/S Pass/Work Permit/Dependents’ Pass/Long Term Visit Pass/Work Holiday Pass/Training Employment Pass/Training Work Permit/Student Pass are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

3.4     Eligible Tourist refers to any foreign visitor with short stay in Singapore of not more than three (3) weeks. 

3.5     Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase in the same mall, unless otherwise stated, and gifts are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last basis. Backdated receipts are not permitted for redemption.

3.6     Accumulative spending within the day is allowed.  A maximum number of three (3) combined receipts with minimum transactional value of Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) per receipt from the same mall is allowed. Only approved transaction(s) will qualify for the Promotion.

3.7     Only the total final amount paid at the participating store(s) using Mastercard Credit or Debit card will be accepted for this Promotion.

3.8     Notwithstanding Clause 1.4 of this Terms and Conditions hereinabove, receipt(s) from car grooming services, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. eCapitaVoucher or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows at the participating malls are not eligible for use as a transaction in this Promotion. For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment receipt showing the value of the purchase(s) made on the same day of the redemption, will be eligible for use as a transaction in this Promotion for CapitaStar Rewards programme. Transaction(s) from deposit placements, order placements, and payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion. 3.9     The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipts and/or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

3.10   The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Tourist and the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) before processing the redemption of the eCapitaVoucher Reward in the Promotion.

3.11    Receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the CapitaLand mall when it is used to redeem the eCapitaVoucher Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple eCapitaVoucher Rewards. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of more than one promotion at any CapitaLand Mall.

 

4.       GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

4.1     The eCapitaVoucher Reward cannot be exchanged for different denominations and are subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the eCapitaVoucher. Please refer to eCapitaVoucher terms and conditions.

4.2     By participating in this Promotion, the Member (CapitaStar members):

4.2.1  acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html  and  may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

4.2.2  agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.

4.3        All Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.

4.4        The Reward will not be awarded until the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

4.5        The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

4.6        The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

4.7        By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Tourist represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.

4.8        This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.

4.9        The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

Ascott x CapitaLand Exclusive Booking Rates ("Promotion")

CapitaLand x Sentosa x WeChat Pay Tourist Campaign – Terms & Conditions

Campaign period: 16 April 2025 – 31 March 2026

CapitaLand Malls’ Points Accumulation Rules:

  1. WeChat Pay users can earn 1 point on CapitaLand mall’s SG Merchant Page for every 1 RMB spent via WeChat Pay Mini Program at participating CapitaLand malls in Singapore.
  2. The campaign is exclusive to WeChat users from Chinese Mainland.
  3. During the campaign period, each user is entitled to 1 eVoucher redemption per month. A "user" is defined as meeting any of the following criteria by their WeChat ID, ID card, phone number, bank card, or mobile device.
  4. In the event of a refund, only the actual payment amount will be refunded; the eVoucher amount will not be refunded.
  5. The participating CapitaLand malls include Raffles City, Plaza Singapura, Kallang Wave Mall, Bugis Junction, Bugis+, CQ @ Clarke Quay, Funan and IMM.
  6. CapitaLand’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

CapitaLand Malls’ Redemption Rules:

  1. Users who accumulate 400 points on CapitaLand malls’ SG Merchant Page can redeem a 60 RMB eVoucher for use at CapitaLand malls in Singapore.
  2. A total of 100 eVouchers worth 60 RMB will be available each month from April 2025 to March 2026, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. The eVouchers issued to the WeChat user is valid till March 31, 2026.

Social Sharing Surprise Vouchers Game (Up to RMB666 Giveaway)

Campaign period: 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026

Campaign T&Cs:

  1. The campaign is exclusive to WeChat users in mainland China. Each user will be identified by their WeChat account, ID card number, phone number, bank card, or mobile device. 

  2. During the campaign period, each user can initiate a total of three rounds of voucher draws and collect up to three vouchers. After utilising the voucher collected in the first round of voucher draw, the user can proceed to initiate the next round. 

  3. The rules for each round of drawing are the same, as detailed below:

    a. The user personally selects the first voucher on the campaign page. They may click to collect it if they are satisfied with the drawn voucher.

    b. If the user is not satisfied with the drawn voucher, they have the option not proceed with the collection. Instead, they can click "Invite Friends to Help Draw" button to share the link with friends and invite them to assist in drawing more vouchers. This provides a chance to receive higher value vouchers, with the highest being an RMB 666 voucher.

    c. In each round of voucher draw, the user and two friends can collectively draw up to three vouchers. The user will then need to choose one out of the three vouchers and the validity will be 7 days. After the voucher is redeemed, the next round of voucher draw can be initiated.

  4. The number of vouchers is limited, and distribution will end when all are claimed. The voucher cannot be transferred to WeChat friends or shared on Moments. They cannot be exchanged for cash and will be voided immediately upon use.

  5. In the event of a refund, only the actual amount paid will be refunded, and the discount amount will not be refunded. If users engage in malicious activities such as fake orders or cashing out, their participation in the campaign will be terminated

  6. After collecting the voucher, users can go to "我的优惠" under "微信支付全球有礼" in WeChat Pay Mini Program to view the details of the vouchers they have collected.

  7. Users have to ensure that their WeChat version meets the following standards to enjoy the discounts: iPhone version 5.4 or above, Android version 5.5 or above.
