Raffles City – Spring In The City (“Promotion”)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This Promotion is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards Programme (referred to as “Eligible Shoppers”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion.
2. Only receipts snapped and uploaded to the CapitaStar app with minimum transactional value of Singapore Dollars Twenty ($20) on the same day of purchase and approved will be accepted for the purposes of satisfying the Qualifying Spend.
3. Raffles City – Spring In The City (“Promotion”)

i. Be the one lucky winner to have your expenses paid at Raffles City.
• Shoppers are eligible for one chance with a minimum transactional value of Singapore Dollars Fifty ($50) in a single receipt, must be submitted within the same day of spending to qualify for the draw, and capped at 10 chances per member.
• The reward is capped at $3,000. Expenses will be reimbursed in STAR$.
• Receipts from CS Fresh and 7-Eleven are NOT eligible.
• The Promotion is organised and promoted by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited as Trustee Manager of RCS Trust as Landlord and CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd as Property Manager.
• The draw of the lucky winner will be carried out on 7 March 2025. Winners will be chosen randomly by a computerised program. The winner will be notified via their email address and will be published on rafflescity.com.sg by 14 March 2025.
• Any unclaimed prize from the winner for any reason whatsoever, will be forfeited.
• This promotion is exclusive to members of the CapitaStar Rewards Programme (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”) and is organised by Raffles City (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Lucky Draw T&Cs”).
o The lucky draw period (“Lucky Draw Period”) is between 01 January – 12 February 2025, both dates inclusive.
o All Eligible Shoppers will receive one (1) Lucky Draw chance with each qualifying receipt with a min. $50 spend in a single receipt from all brands except for CS Fresh and 7-Eleven throughout the Qualifying Period.

I. First 525 Mastercard® cardholders to spend $500 (single receipt) (“Qualifying Spend”) will receive $38 eCapitaVoucher (“Reward”)
• Eligible receipt with a minimum transactional value of Singapore Dollars Five Hundred ($500) or more.
• Each member may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward per day and a maximum of three (3) Rewards during the Promotion Period.
• Redemption to be made at Level 1 Concierge on the day of purchase. Offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other offers. Eligible Shopper must be personally present at the Concierge with their own original receipt(s) and charge slip(s) for the redemption of the rewards.
• Receipts from CS Fresh and 7-Eleven are NOT eligible for this promotion.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Eligible Shoppers must snap the receipt(s) through their CapitaStar app on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.
2. The Reward cannot be exchanged for different denominations and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of eCapitaVouchers. Please refer to eCapitaVouchers terms and conditions.
3. By participating in this Promotion, the Member (CapitaStar members):
a. Acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html and may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
b. Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.
4. Acceptance of any Reward shall constitute consent on the part of the Eligible Shopper to allow the use of his/ her name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
5. Receipt/s and charge slip/s (in full/partial payment) for the purchase of gift cards and vouchers (E.g. Choice vouchers, all outlets’ gift cards and vouchers), purchase of SISTIC tickets, bill payments, parking coupons, AXS/SAM payments, receipts from money changer, CashCard/ stored value cards top-up transactions, hotel room/ banquet sales receipts, kiosks, hotel F&B (TWG Tea Salon & Boutique and Wooloomooloo Steak House), CS Fresh, 7-Eleven, selected pop-up stores and atrium road shows receipts are NOT entitled for this Promotion. For purchases made by instalments, only the first instalment receipt with the total value of the purchase will be eligible for Promotion. Each original receipt/charge slip can only be used once for redemption.
6. All Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
7. Reward shall be awarded on the presumption that the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are original copies and valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive. In the event any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip is rejected by the Organiser as invalid, the Organiser shall reserve the right to void the eCV Reward and/or eVoucher awarded to the Eligible Shopper and recover the monetary value of the eCV Reward.
8. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
9. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
10. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
11. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.
12. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
