Raffles City Beauty Vault Campaign 2026 (“Promotion”)
8 May – 14 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Promotion is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards Programme (referred to as “Eligible Shoppers”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion.

2. Raffles City – Beauty Vault Campaign (“Promotion”)
8 May – 14 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”)

I. Be the one lucky winner to have all your expenses paid at Raffles City.

This promotion is exclusive to members of the CapitaStar Rewards Programme.

The lucky draw period is between 8 May – 14 June 2026, both dates inclusive.

Shoppers are eligible to earn one (1) chance for every Fifty Singapore dollars (S$50) spent, capped at a maximum of ten (10) chances per member.
• The reward is capped at $3,000. Expenses will be reimbursed in STAR$.
• Applicable to participating Beauty Brands only.
• The Promotion is organised and promoted by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited as Trustee-Manager of RCS Trust as Landlord and CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd as Property Manager.
• The draw of the lucky winner will be carried out on 1 July 2026. Winners will be chosen randomly by a computerised program. The winner will be notified via their email address by 17 Jul 2026.

•  Any unclaimed prize from the winner, for any reason whatsoever, will be forfeited.

II. First 200 shoppers to spend $200 with eCapitaVoucher (single transaction) (‘’Qualifying Spend’’) will receive $10 eCapitaVoucher (“Reward”)

• Eligible spending made using eCapitaVoucher only to qualify for this promotion.
• Each member may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward throughout the Promotion Period.

• Applicable to participating Beauty Brands only.

III. First 1,000 shoppers to spend $450 (single transaction) (‘’Qualifying Spend’’) will receive $28 eCapitaVoucher (“Reward”)

• Eligible spending made using eCapitaVoucher or any linked payment methods (Mastercard, any DBS/POSB payment modes or ShopBack) to qualify for this promotion.
• Each member may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward per day and a maximum of three (3) Rewards during the Promotion Period.

• Valid only for transactions at participating Beauty brands.

IV. First 150 shoppers to spend $2,500 (accumulated same-day spending) (‘’Qualifying Spend’’) will receive $150 eCapitaVoucher (“Reward”)

• Each member may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward throughout the Promotion Period.

• Each transaction must have a minimum spend of $20 to qualify for same-day accumulated spending.

• Valid only for transactions at participating Beauty brands.

General Terms and Conditions

1.         The Reward will be automatically credited directly into the CapitaStar app of the Qualifying Eligible Shopper upon successful status of Mastercard credit or debit card linkage on the CapitaStar app, and upon making a qualifying transaction using an Eligible Payment Method (eCapitaVoucher, Mastercard, DBS/POSB payment modes (including DBS/POSB American Express, Mastercard, VISA credit or debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!) or ShopBack Pay).

2.         For the avoidance of doubt, please ensure that you have completed the following action(s) before a spend is made with an Eligible Payment Method to qualify for the Reward:
• Mastercard – Kindly ensure that you have a valid Mastercard credit or debit card linked on your CapitaStar app.
• DBS/POSB Payment Modes – Kindly ensure that you have linked your CapitaStar account on the DBS PayLah! app. DBS/POSB Payment Modes refer to spend with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards and DBS PayLah! via NETS QR (including DBS/POSB American Express, Mastercard, VISA credit or debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!). For avoidance of doubt, DBS/POSB Mastercard cardmembers must link their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah! and link their DBS/POSB Mastercard on the CapitaStar app for transactions to be captured as both DBS/POSB and Mastercard transactions.

3.          The Reward may take up to 7 working days to be issued.

4.         A CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher wallet on the CapitaStar App can hold a maximum of S$1,000 eCapitaVoucher(s) at any one time. Should the aggregate value of a CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet Balance and eCapitaVoucher Reward(s) exceeds S$1,000, the Reward(s) will not be credited into the CapitaStar member’s eCapitaVoucher Wallet. The CapitaStar member shall ensure sufficient eCapitaVoucher Wallet availability to receive the Reward(s).

5.         Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:
a. Employees of any retail tenants in the Raffles City Singapore; and
b. Persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

6.         The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with at the Organiser’s sole discretion.

7.         Only the total final amount paid at the participating store(s) using eCapitaVoucher, linked Mastercard credit or debit card, DBS/POSB payment modes (including DBS/POSB American Express, Mastercard, VISA credit or debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!) or ShopBack Pay will be accepted for this Promotion.

8.         Transactions(s) from car grooming services, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. eCapitaVoucher or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, any transactions at money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows, transactions at Dental and Specialist Clinics are not eligible for use as a transaction in this Promotion. Transactions(s) from deposit placements, order placements, payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points, payment via tenant’s online ordering/table, ordering platform and transactions made with UOB Mastercard via Apple Pay will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion.

9.         The Organiser may reject any transactions as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

10.      The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Shopper and the transaction(s) before processing the redemption of the Reward in the Promotion.

11.      Transactions shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the CapitaLand malls when it is used to redeem the Reward. Transactions cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards. Transactions cannot be used for redemption of more than one promotion at any CapitaLand mall.

12.      The Reward cannot be exchanged for different denominations and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of eCapitaVouchers. Please refer to eCapitaVouchers terms and conditions.

13.      By participating in this Promotion, the Member (CapitaStar members):

a.         Acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html and may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
b. Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto may be made from time to time.

14.      Acceptance of any Reward shall constitute consent on the part of the Eligible Shopper to allow the use of his/her name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

15.      All Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.

16.      The Reward will not be awarded until the transaction(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any transactions as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

17.      The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

18.       The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

19.      By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.

20.      This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.

21.      The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions

1. Raffles City Singapore Beauty Vault Persona Quiz (Reward Code) (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Members”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the app as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics (“Qualifying Actions”). 

2. This Promotion is valid from 23 May to 14 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3. To be eligible for the Promotion, Eligible Members must fulfill the Qualifying Action of completing a persona quiz at the Beauty Vault activation in Raffles City Singapore.

4. The Promotion is limited to 1 redemption per member throughout the campaign period.

5. Eligible Members can key in only 1 of reward code to enjoy exclusive brand eVouchers (“Rewards”) depending on the result shown upon completing the persona quiz:

6. Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.

7. Limited redemptions per brand eVoucher apply, on a first-come, first-served basis. While stocks last.

8. By participating in this campaign, the Eligible Member represents that he/she has agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions and to be bound by all terms and conditions of the CapitaStar Programme. 

9. In the event of dispute, the Management’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

10. The Management and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

11. The Management reserves the right to reject any issuance of rewards or recover any issued rewards from any CapitaStar member under the suspicion of attempts to use a fraudulently obtained credit/debit card for this Promotion.
