CapitaLand Limited ("CapitaLand") refers to the reports in The Edge Malaysia (dated the week of 21-27 December 2009) and Bloomberg (dated 19 December 2009) regarding speculation that CapitaLand could be an interested buyer of the Menara YNH office building project owned by YNH Property Bhd. CapitaLand wishes to inform that it has not embarked on any talks with YNH Property Bhd with regards to the proposed acquisition of Menara YNH.
