CapitaLand Residential has sold 20 units of freehold condominium Avalon to IP Property Fund Asia Limited
CapitaLand Residential has sold 20 units or approximately 25 per cent of its luxury condominium Avalon along Stevens Road to IP Property Fund Asia Limited for S$43.8 million. The units sold are two- and three-bedroom unit types with sizes ranging from 1,163 square feet to 2,239 sq ft. The average enbloc price works out to about $1,280 psf.With this transaction, the Avalon is approximately 85% sold with 12 remaining units. Choice units are still available comprising mainly three bedroom unit types ranging from 1,582 sq ft to 1,862 sq ft in size. Avalon, an exclusive freehold development in the prime neighbourhood of Stevens Road, has two 10-storey blocks with 82 units.
