Try our Signature Fresh Prawn Wanton Noodle. Each wonton is meticulously hand-wrapped with 8 portions of filling and 2 portions of wonton skin. The savory and rich broth of the noodle undergoes simmering for more than 6 hours, capturing the exquisite taste of high-quality flounder fish, old chicken, shrimp roe and fresh pork bones.
