With respect to the reply given by CEO of CapitaLand Retail Limited, Mr Lim Beng Chee, at this morning's analyst and media briefing of CapitaLand Limited's ("CapitaLand") first half year 2009 financial results, CapitaLand wishes to clarify that the revenue for ION Orchard (retail component of the Orchard Turn development) should be about S$200m per annum. This number is smaller than CapitaMall Trust's annual revenue of about S$500m.
