In response to media reports recently, CapitaLand Limited ("CapitaLand") wishes to attach the statement issued by the lawyers of its associated company, Ankerite Pte Ltd ("Ankerite") in which CapitaLand owns 50% stake, for information. The lawyers of Ankerite and the Sales Committee of the Gillman Heights Condominium are working towards 22 May 2009 to complete the purchase of the site.
