CapitaLand Investment (CLI) currently invests and manages a total of 2 office building assets in Japan, 1 in Tokyo and 1 in Yokohama.

These office buildings have excellent locations, within walking distance of the station, high-quality interiors, environmentally friendly properties, and proactive asset management by CapitaLand. We are proud to have blue-chip companies as our tenants.

In 2021, Orchid One, a private office fund for domestic Japanese investors, and CapitaLand Open End Real Estate Fund (COREF), a regional core-plus fund, acquired three properties, and divested 2 of them in 2024, 2025. 

Our experienced local team is committed to pursuing growth in funds under management by driving optimal asset recycling scenarios and continually investing in the office sector.
