These office buildings have excellent locations, within walking distance of the station, high-quality interiors, environmentally friendly properties, and proactive asset management by CapitaLand. We are proud to have blue-chip companies as our tenants.
In 2021, Orchid One, a private office fund for domestic Japanese investors, and CapitaLand Open End Real Estate Fund (COREF), a regional core-plus fund, acquired three properties, and divested 2 of them in 2024, 2025.
