CapitaLand Hope Foundation:
Building What Matters
Resilience is at the core of everything we do. In a world that is constantly evolving, we want to build not just structures, but communities. This forms the commitment of CapitaLand Hope Foundation: Building what matters – where we create a legacy of strength and perseverance, to leave a profound and enduring impact on the lives of our beneficiaries.
CapitaLand Community Resilience Initiative Grantee Announcement
We are thrilled to announce the 12 grantees of the CapitaLand Community Resilience Initiative!
Selected from over 600 proposals submitted by non-profit organisations across Singapore, China, India, and Vietnam, these grantees have presented feasible, community-driven solutions to equip vulnerable children and youth with the skills, knowledge, and support systems they need to thrive amid adversity.
The CapitaLand Community Resilience Initiative is a S$3 million regional grant call by CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF) in collaboration with AVPN. Launched in February 2025, the initiative supports sustainable, community-led projects that empower vulnerable children and youth across Asia.
Congratulations to all the grantees! We look forward to working alongside these changemakers to create lasting, positive change.
